Refund Policy

At Attica-sport.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Item Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please wear underwear when trying on our products.
  • Exclusions: Sale or promotional items, as well as bras and underwear, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sizing Issues

We recommend consulting the size chart to find your size before placing an order. If you are between sizes, please choose the larger size if you prefer a comfortable fit.

Return Process

  1. Initiating the Return: Contact our customer service at [email address] or through our contact form on the website to start the return process.
  2. Return Label: A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email.
  3. Sending the Return: Safely pack the items and affix the return label to the package. Drop off the package at the nearest drop-off point. For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after the return request.

Refunds

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Return costs are covered by us.
  • Other Returns: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping fees, customs duties paid, or any other associated costs are non-refundable.

Bras and Underwear

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of worn bras and underwear.
